This document provides guidance for consideration in the establishment or evolution of sound CRVS governance structures and functions. Countries may use this to inform the development of High-Level Interagency CRVS Coordination Committees, Interagency CRVS Technical Coordination Committees, and Subject-Specific Technical Working Groups. Together, these form the core governance structures of a CRVS system.
