The findings highlight growing impacts on daily life—such as rising temperatures, air pollution and food prices—and underscore the vulnerability of populations that depend on natural resources for survival.

Designed for health policymakers, the guide details a step-by-step approach to draft, pass and defend health taxes to confront rising rates of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) worldwide.
