 The Mobility Coordinator, based in Guadalajara, Mexico will be responsible to support the road design, infrastructure, and sustainable transport activities of the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety. The position will be embedded at the Mobility Department (Dirección de Movilidad de Guadalajara), with dual accountability to the Department and Vital Strategies. The Mobility coordinator will specifically work with transportation, public space, urban design and safe mobility agencies in Guadalajara and the Bloomberg Initiative partners to enhance the safety of the road network of the city.

The Enforcement Coordinator for Road Safety, based in Guadalajara, Mexico will specifically work with traffic agencies, Police, and other traffic enforcement agencies in Guadalajara and the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety to increase compliance of road traffic laws and to reduce risky behaviors on the road.  The position will be embedded at the Mobility Department (Dirección de Movilidad de Guadalajara), with dual accountability to the Department and Vital Strategies, providing regular support to the relevant traffic enforcement agencies in the jurisdiction.

Michigan’s opioid strategy focuses on harm reduction, medication-assisted treatment access, acute overdose response, overdose surveillance, and racial disparities in overdose, among other areas.

This position will support COVID-19 response strengthening efforts across approximately eight partner jurisdictions. The Senior Health Security Specialist will be embedded within Asian Development Bank’s Health Sector Group to support ADB’s overall three-pronged response to COVID-19 by: (i) generating evidence, (ii) convening partners, and (iii) financing response activities. In seconding a Senior Health Security Specialist to ADB, Vital Strategies / Resolve to Save Lives is contributing to ensuring the effective use of ADB resources for health security strengthening in Asia and the Pacific.

Campaign Manager, STOP

The Campaign Manager will drive integrated communication strategies aligned with campaign themes, with an emphasis on media relations, digital communications, stakeholder engagement and strategic advertising. Reporting to the Director of the STOP partnership at Vital, the Campaign Manager will work closely with the Vital team on campaign planning, message development, announcement strategy, social media campaigns, digital marketing and event strategy. The Campaign Manager will liaise with communication staff from the four partner organizations to ensure alignment on strategies and content.
