Vital Strategies is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Officer, Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Access in Jails and Prisons, Seconded to Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The DOC is taking steps to implement access to opioid agonist treatment for persons in custody at state correctional institutions (SCI) for whom such treatment is medically appropriate. The program will begin as a pilot at a select number of facilities, and gradually expand to other facilities across the Commonwealth. Vital Strategies will provide seconded staff to the DOC to assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of the project.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for the day-to-day functions and needs of the Vital Strategies India Office. S/he ensures that all operational logistics of the Vital Strategies Office are managed efficiently, with a customer service manner, and in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
