Compensation, Benefits & Leave

Vital Strategies provides competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and leave packages. The package includes health and dental plans, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, and parental leave support that applies to birth parents and adoptive parents, including domestic partners, regardless of sex or gender. Benefits may vary by country of hire.
