O Mais Dados Mais Saúde é um programa de inovação no levantamento de dados em saúde, realizado por Umane e Vital Strategies, em parceria técnica com a Universidade Federal de Pelotas (UFPel) e com apoio do Instituto Devive e da Resolve to Save Lives.

This report presents the results of More Data Better Health (in the original portuguese, Mais Dados Mais Saúde), an innovative program in Brazil in population health surveys, conducted by Vital Strategies and Umane, in technical partnership with the Federal University of Pelotas (UFPel) and with support from Instituto Devive and Resolve to Save Lives.

In 2019, WHO and Ministry of Health staff in 15 countries participated in an initiative that involved training and implementation of country-level sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) policy dialogues. An evaluation of the process and outcomes was subsequently undertaken in six of the countries.

The STREAM clinical trial experience indicated that it is possible to achieve similar treatment outcomes in people with MDR-TB who have a DM co-morbidity. However, this sub-population experienced more SAEs, underscoring the importance of close monitoring to manage their impact and improve MDR-TB treatment outcomes.
