To strengthen the Ethiopian health system’s response to air pollution problem, five policy briefs detailing system-level interventions were developed to lay out actionable solutions for integrating clean air action into routine public health practice.

This policy brief presents Indonesia’s first population-based evidence on childhood lead exposure, finding that an estimated 8 million children have blood lead levels above WHO’s recommended threshold. Based on national surveillance of more than 1,500 children across 12 districts, the findings identify key risk factors and support stronger clinical, environmental and equity-focused actions to reduce lead exposure.
