Mumbai launched the helmet-wearing campaign, “Consequences,” in conjunction with the 2018 World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims. This campaign shows the difference between wearing and not wearing a helmet during a motorcycle crash and was featured on social media and out-of-home placement throughout Mumbai. The city increased enforcement efforts during the campaign period.
