Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Seat-belts – Second Chance

Ho Chi Minh City’s government launched this mass media campaign in 2019 in support of a national law mandating seat-belt use. “Second Chance” was featured on television, radio, social media, and posters on public buses, and supported by enforcement checkpoints.
