The Secretary of Mobility of Bogota launched this mass media campaign in collaboration with Vital Strategies and the Bloomberg Initiative for Global Road Safety. This is the 10th mass media campaign that Bogota is implementing with the initiative and tells the testimony of Juan Carlos, a young motorcyclist that lost his girlfriend and his leg because of speeding.
