In this Colombia campaign aimed at curbing speeding, Fernanda tells the true, heartbreaking story of a mother whose 12-year-old son, Julian Esteban, was killed by a truck driver. Julian Esteban had been training to accomplish his dream of becoming a cycling champion. Fernanda has been a champion for reducing speeding on the roads in Colombia.
