The “Shame – Never Drink and Drive” campaign was adapted from an ad originally made in the Northern UK and proved to be highly effective in influencing public attitudes and changing behavior. Bogotá launched this campaign in 2015, with a second wave in 2016. The campaign ran in coordination with enforcement activities.
