Ethiopia joins Vital Strategies network of global offices which includes Jinan, New York City, Paris, São Paulo, and Singapore. The Ethiopia office will focus on responding to COVID-19 response, improving cardiovascular health, preventing road injury and supporting civil registration and vital statistics, among other initiatives. The expansion will allow the organization to enhance its engagement with governments, change-makers and advocates with deep local knowledge to strengthen public health systems by designing and supporting scalable solutions to leading causes of death, disease and injury.
