Dr. Charles Asiedu, a surgeon at Greater Accra Regional Hospital, explains how many crashes could be avoided if drivers travel at lower speeds. Accra and Kumasi reinforced the message by sharing testimonials from the families of victims of road crashes caused by speeding.
