Fortaleza , Brazil – Drink Driving – Shame

In response to increased rates of alcohol consumption and related crashes during the Fortaleza vacation period, the city launched the “Shame” campaign, originally developed in Northern Ireland, and re-ran the campaign around the Christmas season. The traffic agency supported the campaign with enhanced enforcement.
