Appointed to the Board of Vital Strategies (Asia Pacific) Limited in August 2019 as a director, Ms Wee Siew Lin Karen (Huang Xiuling Karen) currently serves as the Executive Director at Lions Befrienders Service Association. She has led Lions Befrienders to be a leader in preventive eldercare especially in areas of digitalisation and fast turnaround of innovative programmes.
Ms Wee Siew Lin Karen is a strategist, innovator and implementor with 36 years of volunteering experience and 13 years of professional experience in the international and local non-profit sector. Her diverse work experiences spanned across working at government agencies, civil organisation, to local and international non-profit organisations.
