Following an assessment mission and a site visit to New York City, the Norwegian MoH ran a two-month national TC campaign launched in January 2012 by the Norwegian Directorate of Health. The three million dollar (USD) campaign used four Australian tobacco cessation TV ads: “Carotid,” “Sponge,” “Voice Within” and “Bubblewrap” supported by print ads. A press launch generated over 70 publications during the first two weeks.
