L M Singh is Vital Strategies’ Managing Director for India and Global Head of Partnerships and Innovative Finance.
He has three decades of diversified global experience serving Fortune 500 growth and early-stage business in India, United Kingdom, United States, and emerging markets.
His expertise ranges from strategy and consulting to mainstream and development finance, impact investing, innovative finance, and program management Most recently, he led USAID/India’s health care-focused program PAHAL (Partnership for Affordable Health Care Access and Longevity) from the idea stage to a flagship financing program.
He also served as principal advisor for impact investments at IPE Global, a development consulting firm, and board member at Ajooni Impact Investments India. He has previously held senior management and board positions at public and private companies and has worked with leading investment and advisory firms in India and globally in the areas of private equity, mergers, acquisitions, buy outs, capital raise and public listings.
He is a qualified chartered accountant (FCA), having trained with PwC, India, and a certified information systems auditor (CISA, USA). He earned his B. Com (Honors) in business studies from the prestigious Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, India.
