In 2016, Ho Chi Minh City ran its “Never Drink and Drive” campaign and re-ran the campaign around the 2017 Tet holiday. The campaign utilized two PSAs and was coordinated with intensified enforcement activities. The first ad, “Never Drink and Drive – Moto,” features a driver who crashes his motorcycle, resulting in the death of his passenger. The other ad, “Never Drink and Drive – Car,” features a young girl on her bicycle who is killed by a driver under the influence of alcohol.
