Uday Madasu is a seasoned Information Technology Executive with over 20 years of transformative leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Known for aligning IT strategies with organizational missions, Uday has consistently driven innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes through strategic technology initiatives.

Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Covenant Health, Uday has been instrumental in implementing AI-driven tools and optimizing patient engagement, and optimizing IT support services. His visionary leadership in cybersecurity, data governance, and IT-business collaboration has reinforced Covenant Health’s position as a leader in patient-centered care.

Previously, as CIO at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, Uday implemented EHR and infrastructure, enhancing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies. His tenure also includes impactful roles at RiverSpring Health and BronxCare Health System, where he spearheaded initiatives in EHR deployment, network modernization, and disaster recovery planning.

Uday’s expertise spans digital transformation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and enterprise technology architecture. A trusted advisor to C-suite peers, he excels in building high-performing teams and fostering cultures of continuous improvement. He holds dual MBAs in Finance/Systems and Finance, along with advanced knowledge in cutting-edge technologies like AI, DevOps, and business intelligence platforms.

An active member of HIMSS and CHIME, Uday remains committed to advancing IT as a driver of organizational success and innovation. He is also a dedicated volunteer with the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, exemplifying his commitment to service and community impact.
