While we have our headquarters in New York City, we also have staff in strategic cities such as Beijing, Jakarta, Delhi, Bogota, and Melbourne. As an organization that believes in multi-disciplinary approach to public health challenges, staff often work in flexible teams. For instance, they may often have both country responsibilities and regional duties and use their skill sets well across programs.

Director of Global Operations - New York
This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in New York City. The Director of Global Operations will oversee staff security, insurances, risk management, procurement and contracting and travel.
The Director of Communications will be a proactive member of the external communications team, helping to raise our profile in the United States and internationally and work to grow the brand of our new and thriving organization.
The job responsibilities range from designing media campaigns for India, to managing creative or research agencies, coordinating with partners and grantees, providing on-the-ground analysis and execution of social issue campaigns and events.
Air Pollution Health Effects Epidemiologist – Singapore
The Air Pollution Health Effects Epidemiologist will be expected to have a specialization in air pollution health impact assessment to evaluate the human health impacts and costs from ambient and household air pollution levels at national and sub-national levels in several Southeast Asian nations.
The candidate will be responsible for management of air pollution and related environmental health advocacy communication campaigns and will contribute to the overall organizational marketing and promotion efforts.
Environmental Health Research Assistant - New York
The candidate should be experienced in environmental health or a public health professional to serve as a full-time research assistant, supporting the development of reports, proposals and projects that address urban environmental problems of global public health significance.
The Environmental Health Program Officer will be expected to lead initiatives to address air pollution and strengthen national and sub-national environmental health capacity in Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.
The Logistics Assistant will provide extensive high-level logistics support to the President and CEO of Vital Strategies. The Logistics Assistant should possess strong problem solving capabilities, anticipate the CEO’s needs and ensure that all bases are covered.
A consultant is required to support active TB drug-safety monitoring and management (aDSM). The primary focus of the Consultant will be identification, management and recording of adverse drug events, and use of aDSM data by clinicians.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for developing an annual operating budget and leading the organization in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and analysis functions including identifying capital management requirements and cash flow needs.
