The Senior Technical Advisor – Verbal Autopsy will serve as Vital Strategies in-house expert on all verbal autopsy-related activities we support under this Initiative. This position supports the Data Impact component of the Bloomberg Philanthropies Data for Health Initiative, which aims to enhance public health data use in low- and middle-income countries. Vital Strategies is seeking qualified candidates for consultancy assignment in Mumbai. The Vital Strategies’ Data Impact team works closely with the Public Health Departments of the Government of Maharasthra and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to provide capacity development in the domain of data use.
Data Impact’s program objective is to systematically strengthen the use of data in key decisions areas.
